First Time MR eD ever played out

MR. eD(left) – ODS! 11, August 30th 2009

“First time I ever played out was at ODS! I was totally pumped to play out on a good sound system infront of a decent crowd of people! Any bedroom DJ can and should go down and have a crack!”

Since then MR.eD has gone on to take out the Into The limelite DJ comp and secure regular slots at Ambar, Villa, Giesha, Bar Open, Metros Freo and most other Perth Nightspots.

AceBasikODS! 15, November 12th 2009
“Playing at Open Decks Sessions @ Velvet Lounge gave me a great platform to gain the necessary confidence to move on up to bigger and better things!” – AceBasik.

And its true! Since playing at ODS!, AceBasik has played a variety of gigs including three Ministry of Sounds, at both Villa and Metro City Perth supporting the likes of Hardwell, Afrojack and Wolfgang Gartner aswell as aussie heavyweights Hook ‘n’ Sling, the Stafford Brothers and Tommy Trash to name a few. He’s also held residencies at Open House, Funked Up* (with fellow Open Decks’er Mitchell ‘Sirius Black’ Smith), OBH Summer Sunday Sessions and even a gig in Melbourne at Baroq!

Sirius BlackODS ! 17, November 27th 2009
Since playing at ODS! Under the alias MitchellSmith, Sirius Black has won the 2010 Habitat DJ competition. He also runs and is a resident DJ at
Funked Up* as well as this, he holds residencies at Habitat, Rouge and plays at events such as Maiko, Fiesta, Filthy Gorgeous, Ministry of Sound & many more.

Dead EasyODS! Opening night, April 2nd 2009
Since playing at the first ever ODS, DeadEasy has gone on to play at Ambar several times (Japan 4, Fresh Produce, NSB Showcase, and supporting Elite Force for NYE, General Midi ), Shape (with Dim Sum), and Villa (supporting Deekline and Ctrl Z).  He’s supported DJ Hyper at Ambar  and plays at Japan 4 ton a regular basis.

BobNocerousODS! 2, April 9th 2009
Since playing at ODS! 2 under the name “AUX”, BobNocerous has  played at Ambar (Japan 4, Fresh Produce, NSB Showcase, Elite Force at NYE), Villa (supporting Deekline and Ctrl Z), Shape (Dim Sum supporting Rob Reng).  Also supported Freestylers and Skool of Thought this recently at Villa and was runner up as best new talent at last years PDMA’s.
